Your first 30 days
You tell us about your parents in a 20-minute call and choose a plan.
A doctor from our team calls your parent in Urdu, explains who will visit and what will be shared, and records their consent. Your parent decides what stays private.
The care lead's first visit: every medicine pack checked, home safety checked, an emergency plan written with you, a folder and a fridge card left behind. Your first report arrives that evening.
A short update every sibling sees. Your parent has seen it first.
A month summary: visits made, hours from visit to report, medicines and money. You renew or cancel.

Who we are
Uzair Hotiana and Khayyam Masood, both medically trained (MBBS), live in Mississauga. Like most people we know here, our parents live in Pakistan. Our family's businesses in Lahore, including staffing and security companies and a hospital partner, give us trusted people on the ground from day one. [confirm wording]
Questions
Does my parent need a smartphone?
No. The care plans need no app at all. The free voice works on an Android phone or a Google or Android TV.
Is this medical advice?
No. We never diagnose. Only your parent's own doctor changes medicines. We go with your parent to the doctor and make sure you hear what was said.
Who sees my parent's information?
Your parent decides what is shared, and with which children. Health details live in your family's private space, not in WhatsApp groups.
Where do you work?

What if something goes wrong on a visit?
Every care lead is trained in first aid and CPR. They call Rescue 1122 and the planned hospital, an on-call doctor guides by video, and you're told in real time. We never promise ambulance times.
