Privacy
Draft. Last updated [date]. [HOTIANA company legal name] is responsible for your information. Privacy contact: [name, email].
What we collect
- About you: name, contact details, country and payment details (handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number).
- About your parent, with their consent: name, address, medicines, doctor visits, reports and photos from visits, and the emergency plan.
- From the free app: what your parent asks it to do, so it can do it, and a record of actions it took.
How we use it
- To deliver the care you chose and send you reports.
- To price and carry out the actions you approve.
- To keep our service safe and measure our standards (visit times, report times).
What we never do
- We never sell your information, and never use health information for advertising.
- We never use your family's information to train AI models. The AI services we use are under terms that exclude training on our data.
- We never put health details in WhatsApp groups. WhatsApp carries only a short notice and a link to your family's private space.
Who sees it
Your parent decides which family members see what. Our care team sees what they need to do the job. Partners (a lab, a hospital, a nurse) get only what's needed for the service you approved.
Where it's stored
Health details are stored in Canada [confirm the hosting region]. Some information goes to Pakistan so our team can deliver care.
Your choices
You and your parent can see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time: [email]. We'll answer within 30 days.
Keeping it safe
Access is limited to the people who need it, and we log who opens a family's records. If something goes wrong, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
